Safety Notice

• Fireworks are for outdoor use only, by adults (18+), in open spaces away from buildings, vehicles, trees and dry material.
• Read the label on every pack before lighting. Light one cracker at a time, at arm's length, and move away quickly.
• Never relight a cracker that did not fire. Wait 15 minutes, then soak it in water.
• Keep a bucket of water and sand nearby. Children must be supervised at all times; sparklers get hot enough to burn — hand them to children only with adult guidance.
• Follow your local rules and permitted hours for bursting crackers.

Licence & Compliance

Sri Ganesha Fire Works sells fireworks under applicable Indian explosives licensing. Products are sourced from licensed manufacturers, stored and transported under licence conditions, and sold only in permitted categories and quantities. Age-restricted sale: we do not sell to anyone under 18. By ordering, you confirm you will store and use the products as the law requires in your state and city.

Shipping Policy

• Fireworks ship only by licensed surface transport — never by air or speed courier.
• Delivery in 2–4 working days across Hyderabad. Delivery is within Hyderabad city limits only, as fireworks transport is restricted by local rules.
• Delivery is free on orders of ₹3,000 and above (after offers); for orders below ₹3,000, delivery charges depend on your location — our team will confirm the exact charge when we call to confirm your order. No packing charges apply.
• Our team calls to confirm every order before dispatch. If delivery is not permitted to your area, we will inform you on that call and cancel with a full refund of any amount paid.

Terms of Sale

• Prices are as shown on the shop page at the time of ordering and include all taxes.
• An order is confirmed only after our WhatsApp confirmation. Payment is arranged directly with the shop on WhatsApp — nothing is charged on this website.
• For safety and legal reasons, fireworks once delivered cannot be returned or exchanged. If a product is damaged or does not fire, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or credit the amount.
• Festive offer: 20% off on orders of ₹5,000 and above, applied automatically in the cart.
